("SponsorX," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, we value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the SponsorX platform (the "Platform") — our marketplace that connects sponsors (Buyers) with sponsees (Sellers) for sponsorship opportunities.

Profile content: photos, bios, audience metrics, performance statistics, social media handles, sponsorship history, and NIL compliance information (for athletes). How we collect it: Directly from you or via AI agents from public sources. How we use it: To provide and personalize the Platform and facilitate sponsorship matches.
User Content & Communications: Sponsorship proposals, messages, listings, and uploaded content. How we collect it: Directly from you.
Payment & Transaction Data: Billing and payment information (processed by third-party providers). How we collect it: Through our designated fintech/escrow providers.
Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser information, location (general), and analytics. How we collect it: Automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
AI-Enhanced & Scraped Data: Publicly available data (e.g., athlete stats, event details) collected to enhance Seller profiles.
Feedback & Support Data: Ratings, reviews, and support communications.
We may aggregate or de-identify information for research and Platform improvement.

To operate and improve the Platform (including AI-powered matchmaking).
To facilitate sponsorship agreements and payments.

With other Users: Profile and relevant content are visible to Buyers and Sellers.
